I want to complain about the flight to Florida that I made with your airline on 15th June this year.

First in the advertisement it is written that it has 4 flights a day, but our flight was 5 hours late boarding. The reason is so funny-the captain fell asleep and no one from the staff woke him up. That"s so ridicules!

Another thing is that your attendants weren"t very helpful, they weren"t smiling-they were very rude. The movie we saw was old, it has already been on the TV. I"m asking for a refund and I think  that I won"t be the only one.
