Hello, dear John,
Thank you for the kind gift card from Mexico. It was so nice to hear from you. I have some interesting news for you.

You know that our neighbors were very noisy, rude and bad-mannered and they were much for their house. They were 8 people and because of that they decided to move in Germany. I was  happy  about that but a little nervous because I didn"t know who our new neighbor would be. Today they came and I decided to write you immediately. They are a young family with two twin-girls. They are very kind and I think it"ll be funny to play with them.
